During this time, we will be relocating from our current rack to our own dedicated full rack. This will result in intermittent outages while we relocate hardware and re-establish temporary cross-connects. This will result in service interruptions while we bring down our core and relocate the hardware, then reconnect the cross-connects. Our engineers will be on-site during this relocation to assist with the relocation. If after the window closes you are still having issues, please reach out to us via a support ticket.
